An honest experience
Review invitations should go to genuine customers and ask for their actual experience. Do not ask customers to include scripted praise or a specific rating.
Every rating gets the same choice
The Google review option stays available whether the customer chooses one star or five. Private feedback is an additional route for every customer, not a barrier placed in front of negative reviews.
No incentives or pressure
Do not offer money, discounts, gifts or benefits in exchange for reviews, revisions or removal. Do not pressure users to review on the premises or set review quotas for staff.
Customer-controlled submission
Customers decide what to write and submit reviews themselves on Google. A Google account is required. Do not post reviews on their behalf or imply that a QR scan automatically publishes a review.
Responsible replies
Check draft replies before publishing. Acknowledge criticism without arguing, threatening the reviewer or exposing private information. Report content to Google only where it may violate Google’s policies.
No guarantees or affiliation claims
TopGenie does not promise five-star reviews, a first-place ranking, more walk-ins or removal of legitimate criticism. Google determines review moderation and search results. TopGenie is an independent product.
