Privacy policy

Written to be read, not to hide behind. Effective September 2026.

What we collect from businesses

• Account details you give us at signup: your name, business name, business type, city, mobile number, and email.
• Your locations: name, area, and the Google Place ID you add.
• Usage of your review pages: scans, ratings tapped, and stages reached. These are anonymous counts tied to a location, not to any customer identity.

What we collect from your customers

• Nothing, unless they type it. The review flow works without names or numbers.
• If a customer leaves private feedback, we store the message and any name or phone number they chose to include, and show it only to the business they wrote to.
• Reviews themselves are posted by the customer on Google, under Google's own terms. We never see their Google account.

What we do with it

• Run the product. That is the whole list. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train anything.
• Anonymous review-page activity older than six months is deleted automatically.
• Private feedback belongs to the business it was written to; they can resolve or act on it as they see fit.

Payments

Paid plans are processed by Razorpay. Your card or UPI details go to Razorpay directly and never touch our servers.

Deleting your data

Write to support@topgenie.in from your account email and we delete the account and its data. Customers who left feedback at a business can ask that business, or us, to remove it.
